Helping New Designers Grow
Sharing my experience to help new designers build confidence, clarity, and a strong foundation in UX/UI as they transition into the world of product design.
I teach UX/UI design, helping beginners confidently take their first steps into the design world. For the past year, I’ve been guiding students through a 4-month course where I break down UX research, user flows, wireframing, and Figma into clear, approachable lessons.

How We Started and What We Learned
Exploring research, structure, benchmarking, and hands-on UI, step by step.
Foundations
We start with the basics what design is, how it works, and why intention matters. Students learn to understand user needs, define problems, and shape a thoughtful UX mindset. From there, we explore research, personas, user journeys, information architecture, and benchmarking, comparing real products to spot patterns, strengths, and opportunities.
Practice
With the foundation set, we move into hands-on work: sketching, wireframing, learning Figma, using Auto Layout, and applying visual principles like hierarchy, spacing, color, and typography. We end with prototypes, small usability tests, and a final mini-project that brings everything together and builds real confidence.

Feedback & Growth
Developing the skills to evaluate and improve design work, building confidence through honest conversations and constructive feedback.
Throughout the course, students learn how to give and receive constructive feedback. We review work together, identify strengths, and discuss what can be improved with clarity and kindness.
This helps them build confidence, develop a critical eye, and understand how real designers iterate and grow through feedback.
